A new generation of Quebec filmmakers, producers and distributors is exploiting content across cultural and national borders, while Quebec’s industry landscape is constantly shifting to accommodate new forms of international partnership and collaboration. This microsession assembles a roster of industry leaders working in Quebec with an eye to the world. They will discuss opportunities and challenges specific to the province, including transnational collaborations, content creation for local and international publics, distribution platforms, funding and tax credits, and industry workforce.
