Representation matters is a common refrain when speaking about inclusion in the industry. Yet, when it comes to representation both onscreen and behind the scenes, people with disabilities continue to be woefully underrepresented, if not outright ignored, facing a range of accessibility barriers to meaningful participation and inclusion. Join us to learn about how organizations and industry professionals are fighting for greater representation and accessibility, through the creation of the Disability Screen Office and the development of vital programming, how to identify and overcome critical barriers, and how to engage in the urgent work that lies ahead to ensure that our industry reflects and serves people with disabilities.

This session will be hosted in an accessible venue space with ASL and captioning provided.
